We partnered with Honda to create a whiteboard animation video to train their sales team on the Trail Crossover lineup. Context
As one of the world's largest motorcycle manufacturers, Honda needed an effective approach to train its sales team on the Trail lineup, a vital category in its portfolio. The Honda Trail Crossover lineup includes a variety of models designed to meet different customer needs and preferences. It was crucial for the sales team to thoroughly understand the features and benefits of each bike to offer an informed and satisfying purchase experience.
Challenges
The main challenge was to develop a training material that was engaging, informative, and memorable. Honda wanted to ensure that sales representatives could absorb the technical information and benefits of the motorcycles and, more importantly, effectively communicate these points to customers. Additionally, it was necessary to keep the sales team's interest and engagement throughout the training to ensure maximum retention of knowledge about the Trail Crossover lineup.

Process
To achieve the established objectives, we chose to create a whiteboard animation video. This choice was strategic due to its ability to simplify complex concepts and make information more accessible and engaging. The process involved:
- Content Research and Development: Collaboration with Honda’s team to understand the technical features of each model and the key points to be emphasized.
- Script and Storyboard Creation: Developing a clear and objective script that highlighted the main features and benefits of the motorcycles, followed by a storyboard that visually mapped out each scene.
- Animation Production: Creating dynamic illustrations and engaging animations that combined real images of the motorcycles with graphic elements, providing a captivating and educational visual experience.
- Feedback and Adjustments: Feedback sessions with Honda’s team to ensure the video met all training expectations and objectives.
