AbbVie, a global pharmaceutical company, tasked Lumi with developing the "Covid-19 – Safe Return to Activities" e-learning, preparing its employees for a safe return to the workplace. The training combined whiteboard animation videos, interactive screens, and quizzes, communicating the protocols clearly and accessibly.
Challenges
Amid the pandemic, AbbVie needed to train its employees for a safe return to the workplace, ensuring understanding and engagement with the new safety protocols. The training had to be accessible and effective for all employees, regardless of their familiarity with digital formats.
Solution
Lumi developed an interactive e-learning, combining whiteboard animation videos, interactive screens, and quizzes. Adapting the content to the whiteboard animation style was key to making the information more accessible and visually engaging, facilitating the assimilation of the protocols.
Results
The training, initially created for AbbVie Brazil, was so successful that it was adopted by other units in Latin America and later globally, with versions in Spanish and English.
